Susan Glenny is a British-Irish offshore sailor and the Founder of Tigress Racing, a UK based yacht racing team. She represented Ireland at the 2020 European Mixed Offshore Keelboat Championships in Genoa, Italy.
RORC School Boat of 2023 - WINNER
Olympia’s Tigress & Tigress Racing are the current holder/winner of the Royal Ocean Racing Club David Fayle Trophy for School Boat of the 2023 RORC racing season in which they were the highest scoring boat.
Hotly contested by over 30 U.K. sailing centres. Tigress Racing collected the award at the RORC annual prize giving dinner.

Susan skippered the first all female team to complete the challenging Caribbean 600 race, and has skippered multiple Transatlantic Races. She was the highest scoring female skipper in the 2019 RORC Global Series Championship and her boat “Olympia’s Tigress” won the Edmund Whelan Trophy at Cowes week 2019.
Tigress is designed to bring sailors of all levels together into the cohesive competitive sport of yacht racing.
