If you like the idea of champagne sailing then you will love the Royal Solent Yacht Club’s annual Taittinger Regatta with amazing social events as well as close inshore racing over 2 days.

The Program

You will join us in Yarmouth on the Friday for a training day with a champagne reception in the evening. Saturday will include a full day of inshore racing in the Western Solent followed by the famous Towers Party where there’s live music and fireworks. Sunday includes another full day of inshore racing followed by a prize giving. There are options to do the delivery from Cowes to Yarmouth and back.

Experience Needed

None. Although any self control when it comes to drinking champagne is welcome!

Getting There

If you are joining us in Yarmouth the easiest way to get there is via the Wightlink ferry from Lymington. If you are joining us in Cowes you will need to get the Redjet from Southampton.

You will need our “UK Inshore” kit for this event.
