Sam is a Commercial Offshore Yachtmaster and has been working for Tigress since 2019. He is extremely capable and last season started doing some solo yacht racing. He is a very handy sailor and great fun too!
BELLA CHEDHAM-COOPER
Skipper @ Tigress
A commercially endorsed YM Offshore and Powerboat Instructor. Bella has worked and raced in the solent for the last five seasons. A previous academy member of the BKA, she joined us for our 2019 season, including Saint Tropez and the Rolex Middle Sea Race, she is now a BKA mentor. Working primarily in marine finance, Bella hopes to continue ticking the Rolex offshore series off her list.
ROBYN FITZGERALD
Robyn had been a mentor for Tigress Racing since 2016, she’s most often found trimming the main with her burley Scottish guns of steel. Over the past couple of years Robyn has been part of the shoreside teams for many of the Fast 40 fleet in the Solent.
VINCENT BARRELET
“Vince” has been a mentor to Tigress since meeting on the ARC in 2016. Vince is a regular on the main sheet and we love having him on board. He is a Naval Architect by profession, qualifying from Newcastle University. A regular at some of our Caribbean regattas, he was also the second engineer and deckhand on the Superyacht “Sojana” for a season.
GREGG PARKER
Gregg Parker has been a mentor and coach for Tigress Racing since 2016. A regular with the team in the Caribbean.
Gregg is a highly experienced sailor and outdoor professional. For the past 5 years he oversaw the “Jubilee” Fast 40 project and works regularly in Sardinia in the Club Swan 50 Class.
